REBATE FOR RESIDENTIAL AND FARM SERVICE ELECTRIC
WATER HEATER WITH LOAD MANAGEMENT
SWITCH INSTALLED
AVAILABILITY
Available to any member of the corporation located on its lines, subject
to the
established rules and regulations of the corporation, and eligible
for service under Rate
Schedules R & R(WH).
CHARACTER OF SERVICE
Applicable only for single-phase supplies through one meter to each
residential or farm
service. All electric water heaters qualifying under this program
shall be in a full-time residence
and shall be not less than forty (40) gallons capacity, with an REMC
load management switch
installed. The electric water heater shall have not more than two
(2) 240-volt heating elements,
thermostatically controlled, and interlocked such that both elements
cannot operate at the same
time. Maximum wattage per element shall not exceed 4500 watts. Final
approval will be made
by cooperative personnel.
CONSUMER ALLOWANCE
$100.00 credit to a member, served under Rate Schedule R(WH), installing
a new
electric water heater or replacing an electric water heater, 40 gallons
or larger in size, in a new
or existing residence or qualifying facility. $100.00 credit is not
available for those who receive
a water heater from Fulton County REMC. |
